Can I click and collect?
Yes, you can. Save on delivery fees and saves on waiting. The CameraClix Click & Collect service allows you to pay for the item online and collect at a time convenient to you.
When processing your order select the pickup in store option at the checkout. If the item you order is not available from the store you've selected, we'll be in contact. Otherwise the CameraClix team will check stock and will let you know when you can come in to collect. Click & Collect takes approximately an hour to process. This will extend during peak sale periods. Upon collection, please bring your order confirmation, ID and the credit card used to pay for the order.
Are your costs instore the same as online?
It is our general policy to offer the same price online and instore. In some cases we may offer online or in-store exclusive offers.
What payment options are available?
We accept most major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. You can also pay for your CameraClix via EFT or even via Zip Money.
NOTE: When choosing EFT as your payment method we require that you process your payment within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your order.
Can I claim GST on my product?
Yes, you can claim back the GST on your purchase on your purchase of any goods with 60 days of departure and spend at least AUD300 including GST in total from a supplier with the same Australian Business Number (ABN). Click here for more information.
Can I pre-order a product?
Yes. We offer you the option to Pre-Order new products as soon as they are announced. CameraClix are provided with an estimated month of arrival. We will communicate the most accurate date. Full payment is required to secure you a position on the waiting list for the pre-order. If the product comes in at a cheaper price, we will gladly refund you the difference. Orders are processed on a ‘first in – first served’ basis. The faster you order the faster you get it!

Does CClix deliver?
We currently service all locations within Australia.
Is my delivery insured?
Yes, every parcel dispatched by CameraClix is covered by our own transport insurance policy. Our insurance policy does not cover an unattended parcel, no matter the value of your order. If you request directly with your local post office that your parcel can be left unattended your insurance arrangement with CameraClix becomes void.
How much will it cost to have my order delivered?
We charge a standard flat rate of $10 for standard service and $15 Express Service - unless otherwise indicated. Keep an eye out for promotional periods where we may offer FREE standard shipping deals.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the geographical distance from our Sydney warehouse as well as whether we have the stock available at the warehouse/ store. For metro locations typically 3-7* business days and for regional locations 5-10* business days. Express shipping is also available depending on your location. Does CameraClix have a store?
CameraClix operates out of three Camera House stores in the Sydney CBD - Broadway Shopping Centre, Westfield Hornsby and Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. Our modern stores provide ideal opportunities to view a vast range of products and to meet our friendly staff and management in person. What are the deadlines for same day delivery?
Delivery between 1pm - 5pm? Process your orders by 9:30am
Delivery between 6pm - 9pm? Process your orders by 2pm
Want a Saturday delivery between 1pm- 6pm? Order by 3pm on Friday
What if I miss the cut off for a same day delivery?
We are not able to send your order after the cut off. If you miss the cut off and require your product then we recommend that you process a Click and Collect Order. If you require the order urgently then feel free to call us to confirm stock availability and come into the store to collect.

Do my products come with an official Australian manufacturers warranty?
All of our products come with a 12-60 month standard Australian warranty (dependent on the product/ manufacturer).
Is an Extended Care Package available?
Yes, there is; we call it Total Care Package (TCP). Select your desired TCP before adding the product to your shopping cart. The Total Care Package provides the solution for total Customer care and peace of mind.
