Step 1

Fill out the form online with details of your items and submit images to help convey the condition that your gear is in. 

Once your submission is received one of our technicians will be in contact with an estimated quote of the value of your items. This quote is an estimation only of the value of your items.

Step 2

For a final quote to be provided you will need to have your items inspected in person.

For those that live in Sydney, this can be done by dropping in your camera gear to one of our three locations, Broadway, Ryde, or Hornsby.

If you are located elsewhere in Australia then you will need to ship your items to us. The shipping address will be provided at the base of your quote estimation.

Step 3

The items will be inspected by one of our camera technicians and a final quote will be provided. If you are satisfied then we will proceed to step 4. If you are unsatisfied with this quote and would like your items returned then they will need to be collected. If you have shipped your items to us you will also need to cover the cost of shipping them back, this can be done by us at a cost of either $10 for standard or $15 for express shipping. 

Step 4

If you have accepted our final quote value there will then be two options. For trade-ins, a credit will be provided for our CameraClix store to be used within [INSERT DATE]. For [INSERT MONEY TERM] payment will be provided by [INSERT PAYMENT METHOD] within 2-5 business days of quote confirmation.
