Ordering from CameraClix

  • All personal details and data that you supply must be true, current and correct.
  • CameraClix may change the details of a product, including specifications and prices, at any time without prior notice
  • CameraClix can refuse sale or delivery due to price discrepancy caused by a technical typo or human error at any time
  • All prices are displayed are inclusive of GST
  • A purchase of our product will result in a charge to either your credit card or your PayPal account for the amount stipulated, which will include the price of selected products and the cost of shipping and handling where applicable
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the product ordered is suitable for its intended use as we are not liable to you for any product you order which is unsuitable for your intended use
  • You will be notified within 3 standard business days of placing your order if there will be any delays on your orders, including if the product you ordered is out of stock, or delays occur in delivery

Shipping and Delivery

Your order is shipped using sub-contracted courier services. The delivery turnaround time is dependent on your requested delivery address. Your delivery will arrive within 3-7 business days for metro areas and 5-10 business days to outlying areas within Australia. CameraClix’s standard shipping rates are $10. We charge $15 for Express shipping Australia-wide.

All deliveries require a signature. Once your delivery has been made, you are now responsible for the product. If you are not at the premises at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card. 

Refunds and Returns

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, CameraClix does not offer refunds for change of mind.

Any goods delivered by us must be inspected, any damage or error in supply must be reported within 3 days from receiving your order. If the product is damaged or the wrong product supplied, we may return or replace with the correct product or provide you with a credit to the amount paid.

Please note, if a damage claim is found by manufacturer testing to be an error on your behalf, you will be invoiced for the return postage and quotation fees. 

General Terms and Conditions Instore and Online

  • Offers or discounts made by CameraClix cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Offers apply to full price products and services. Vouchers must be redeemed and presented at the time of order.
  • Vouchers and offers cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Gift cards and gift vouchers, unless otherwise stated, will not be honoured beyond 12 months.
  • CameraClix reserves the right to exclude any items from any sales, promotions or offers without given notice.

SALE Terms and Conditions

During a Sales, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Gift Cards are not included in any sales
  • Pre-ordered items are not included at discounted or sales rates
  • Rainchecks are not available for products purchased on sale
  • Sales may be exclusive to either instore or online

CameraClix Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Voucher code will be emailed to you after your order is processed
  • Voucher must be presented at time of redemption
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
  • Vouchers are not transferable
  • Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Vouchers will not be re-issued if lost or stolen
  • If original purchased item is returned or exchanged your voucher will no longer be valid
  • This voucher is valid as specified by email

Photo Printing Agreement

All film and digital print/processing orders will be held in Hornsby Camera House for 6 months. After this period, any prints will be destroyed securely. You will be contacted prior to disposal so it is important that we have correct contact details upon placing your order.

In the case of lost film or digital media, liability is limited to the cost of the media prior to exposure.

Click & Collect.

Save on delivery fees and saves on waiting. The Click & Collect service allows you to pay for the item online and collect at a time convenient to you. 

When processing your order select the pickup in store option at the checkout. If the item you order is not available from the store you've selected, we'll be in contact. Otherwise the CameraClix team will check stock and will let you know when you can come in to collect. Click & collect takes approx. an hour to process. This will extend during peak sale periods. Upon collection, please bring your order confirmation, ID and the credit card used to pay for the order.
