Returns Policy

According to Australian Consumer Law, CameraClix is not required to offer refunds and replacements due to a change of mind.

If there is an issue with the product, we will consider a replacement, refund or exchange. An issue with item is considered if it fulfills the below:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
  • you must contact the CameraClix to advise of the issue or fault within 14 days of receiving your order

If the items issue is minor, CameraClix will arrange repairs with appropriate manufacturers on your behalf. If the item is not repaired within reasonable time you may receive a refund or a replacement. This excludes damaged equipment, drones that have been used and items specially ordered.

If you would like to go ahead with a refund, please see us in store at Hornsby Camera House, Broadway Camera House or Drummoyne Camera House. Alternatively, please give us a call on 0429 CAMERA email us at sales@cameraclix.com.au. N.B. if a refund is processed, you will be charged the processing fee based on the total value of your order.
