Gift a Canvas
Our Kaieda and CC team lovingly package your orders and deliver them in a brown kraft sleeve with padding. Your photos will be beautifully presented and coupled together with natural cotton. If your prints are a gift let us know at the checkout and we can send an additional card with your special message.

Choose from a wide range of sizes. We use high quality paper to ensure your photos come out in high definition, bright and sharp.

Printing with The Imaging Department is easy! You can do it in 3 simple steps:

1. Upload Image from your phone or camera/ crop images if required.

Crop - Our Kaieda experts will professionally crop your image to fit. If your image doesn't fit perfectly, we will be in contact. If you would prefer your image cropped in a particular way, please leave a note in the notes section.
Quality - The Kaieda team will always inform you via email or phone if the quality of your photo does not work with the size of the poster you have chosen.

Click & Collect from the Sydney Showrooms
We print instore at our Drummoyne and Hornsby Showrooms.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Orders should typically be printed within 1 hour.

Delivery Information
For standard delivery orders, orders processed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Your order is shipped using Australia Post. The delivery turnaround time is dependent on your requested delivery address and its distance from our Sydney Warehouse/ Print Showroom. All addresses are verified prior to arranging a delivery. Your delivery will arrive within 1-5 business days for metro areas and 5-10 business days to outlying areas within Australia. CameraClix’s standard shipping rates (for orders less than $300) are $12.50. We charge $15 for Express shipping Australia-wide.

All deliveries require a signature on delivery. Once your delivery has been taken your order becomes your sole responsibility. If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card. Your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card. Allowing a delivery to be left at an unattended address by you through your local post office voids all recourse you may have had with.

You will be notified within 3 standard business days of placing your order if there will be any delays on your orders, including if the product you ordered is out of stock, or delays occur in delivery.

We price match Australian Authorised sellers - submit your price match request here.

Note that there may be some exceptions and we reserve the right to disapprove price matches. Grey market stock and overseas stock cannot be matched.
