Instructions:

1. Select film type

This will be either color or black and white. This is listed on the outside of the film canister. For disposables, unless it states otherwise they are generally color film.

2. Select exposure numbers

This is the number of photos on a single roll. For canisters, this is listed on the outside and will be either 24exp or 36exp. For disposables this is listed on the packaging and printed material around the camera, generally, the number is located on either the front or bottom of the camera and will be either 27exp or 39exp.

3. Select what service you need

Prints and Digital Scans: Your film will be developed and scanned. Any photos on the roll will be printed out onto 4x6 gloss photo paper. We will also send the digital scans to the email provided. (Please note blanks frames are not printed)

4. Add to cart

If you are processing multiple canisters or disposable cameras please feel free to use the quantity selector at the bottom to add the correct amount to your cart. If you are processing different types of canisters or disposables please add these to your cart one at a time. Once all of the items you are dropping off are added to the cart please process payment and select pickup at the store you are dropping off at.

5. Write the order number on the canister

Once you have paid you will receive an order confirmation to your email with an order number. You will need to write this order number in PERMANENT MARKER on your canisters and/or disposable cameras. Please note any non labeled canisters and/or disposables will be disposed of.

6. We process your film

Each morning we will be checking our drop-off locations for any film. This film and/or disposable will then be processed for you. Processing times will vary between locations.

7. We will send out your photos/ advise your film is ready for collection

If you paid for shipping, once your film and/or disposable has finished being processed we will return your prints/ negative by post.

If you would like to click and collect, we will send you a notification when it's ready for pick up. Please note film negatives and prints are held in-store for 1 month. After one month all orders are moved to cold storage, any order(s) in cold storage will incur a $10 fee for retrieval.

Your order is shipped using Australia Post. The delivery turnaround time is dependent on your requested delivery address and its distance from our Sydney Warehouse/ Print Showroom. All addresses are verified prior to arranging a delivery. Your delivery will arrive within 1-5 business days for metro areas and 5-10 business days to outlying areas within Australia. CameraClix’s standard shipping rates (for orders less than $300) are $12.50. We charge $15 for Express shipping Australia-wide.

All deliveries require a signature on delivery. Once your delivery has been taken your order becomes your sole responsibility. If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card. Your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card. Allowing a delivery to be left at an unattended address by you through your local post office voids all recourse you may have had with.

You will be notified within 3 standard business days of placing your order if there will be any delays on your orders, including if the product you ordered is out of stock, or delays occur in delivery.

Note that there may be some exceptions and we reserve the right to disapprove price matches. Grey market stock and overseas stock cannot be matched.
