CameraClix collect the necessary personal information required to provide our services and to give you the best online experience. We save the following:

The Sharing of your Personal Data
In relation to our use of your Personal Data for the Purposes or Additional Purposes, we may disclose your Personal Data to the CameraClix team, suppliers, payment processors, logistics providers, business partners (loyalty programs), our professional advisers, bankers and auditors, agents, contractors or service providers who provide operational services to us or who help provide our services to you, such as online cloud storage and processing, fraud detection and monitoring, marketing optimisation, information technology, telecommunications, market research, customer analysis or tracking, security and any other party whom you authorise us to disclose your Personal Data to.

Update your Personal Data
To update your details, including your name, birthday, shipping and billing addresses, login to your account on the Website under “Account > My Details” and clicking the “Edit” button under each relevant field.
For Personal Data you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may request additional information from you to confirm your identity before providing the access or making corrections. Our standard turn around time for personal data access and correction requests will be processed within 14 days.
Request to Withdraw Consent
If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications, you can do this as follows, click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email.
Once we receive notification that you wish to withdraw your consent for receiving marketing communications, it may take up to 7 days for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems. Please note you may still receive marketing communications during this period.
Note: it is not possible to unsubscribe from non-promotional communications relating to your online orders or details of your account.
You may remove your account by emailing CameraClix at email@example.com. We will process this request within a reasonable time from receiving notice from you of your withdrawal of consent. Once the processing is complete, we will no longer collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data, except to the extent we retain your Personal Data for compliance, regulatory or other legal purposes.
Note: If you withdraw your consent for we will no longer be able to provide you with the related products, services or benefits associated with the CameraClix membership program.

Failure to do so will result in our inability to provide you with the products and services you prefer and request. Data should be kept updated. CameraClix is not be responsible for using inaccurate or incomplete data if you have not updated us.#

We use these technologies for a number of purposes to enhance your online experience. You have the option to reject first-party and third-party Tracking Technologies through the settings on your browser.
